Cameron's senior portraits in Old SacramentoWe had a great time shooting Cameron's senior portraits in Old Sacramento this Fall. Great light and plenty of places to work poses with the brick buildings and rustic structures. Also great proximity to the Sacramento River with the Tower Bridge and the historic California State Railroad Museum in our reach.
Cameron went through a number of clothing changes wearing shirts from American Eagle, Aeropostale and others.
We made our way down closer to the river to work some more poses next to old weathered walls. Just above us is Joe's Crab Shack Restaurant where views of the river are great especially at sunset. Just below is where the Delta King Paddlewheel Steamboat is moored.
We grabbed some cool shots using a full-length mirror and mirrored sunglasses to go for a hard direct light.
Then some more relaxed shots down on the railroad tracks.
We worked our way back to the vehicle, finding every last bit of good light as we went, even using a flashlight to add some direct light just to Cameron's face.
